14k Cherub Pendant

Who doesn't need a fun cherub pendant with sapphire cabochon eyes and round brilliant cut diamond accents? This piece appears to be a pendant conversion and looks to be from the 1960s. This is a suspected Ruser piece, but there are no makers marks indicating as such.
