This is a special cross pendant with a story. The circular round portion, which encircles the cross, is a vintage Art Carved wedding band crafted in 14k yellow gold with an inscription, dated September 28th 1942. The rest of inscription is difficult to read as the cross is affixed to interior of the ring. This was most likely a special tribute to a loved one and crafted in his/ her honor. Oh, the stories this piece could tell!
Crafted in 14k yellow and 10k white gold with small, single cut accent diamonds. The cross portion is crafted in 10k white gold with scrolling flourishes. The rays radiating from the cross are also a mixture of yellow and white gold, with a cross-hatch and smooth finish. A lovely, custom made piece, most likely from the 1960s/ 1970s.
In very good condition with minor wear throughout but no major flaws or defects.
