17k Coral Die Pendant
Details
We've seen the die or dice motif in jewelry in numerous iterations - diamonds or other gemstones in the pips, enamel in the pips, holes for the pips. (PS - The "pips" on die/ dice are the little circular indents that show what the number is on that side.) But, we have yet to come across a die pendant with coral that is claw set in the pips. A delightfully sunny and refreshing take on the die motif. Even better, the surface of the die is a cross-hatch pattern, which helps to date this funky piece to the 1960s. Completely hand-made out of gold sheet then assembled, this fun pendant will be a standout in any summer jewelry collection.
