Victorian Silver Topped 14k Opal Star Brooch/Pendant

The Victorians understood opals. This star brooch in silver-topped 14k proves it — rose cut diamonds on every ray, convertible fittings so it works as a pendant too, and beautiful opal cabochons throughout doing exactly what opals do. Over a century old and still the most interesting thing in the room.

In very good condition with minor wear throughout and no major flaws or defects. No crazing to the opals and they display excellent play of color. Note that the other items shown in the styling pictures are listed separately.
