This epic chunky 18k gold and lapis hollow link Carlo Weingrill bracelet reminds me of lounging on a beach in Sardinia, maintaining my tan in the shimmery sun with an Aperol spritz in hand. The elbow shaped links terminate with bright spherical lapis on either end.
Carlo Weingrill was born in Verona, Italy, in 1856. At the age of just eleven, he began an apprenticeship in a local goldsmith’s shop. When he completed his training at the age of 22, he opened his own factory in Verona in 1879. The jewelry house remains an iconic Italian luxury jewelry brand to this day.
This piece is substantial and quite a statement. It is in excellent pre-loved condition without any significant flaws or defects.
